Our Sacred Agreement

Muslimah Pro provides the following services:

• Period Tracking: Daily logging of menstrual symptoms, flow, moods, and related health data with predictive analytics.
• Pregnancy Tracking: Week-by-week pregnancy monitoring with Islamic embryonic stage names and health milestones.
• Islamic Guidance: Madhab-specific worship guidance based on your cycle and pregnancy status, including salah and fasting. Prayer times use location when you enable that feature.
• Secure Cloud Sync: Your data is stored in our Supabase backend and cached on-device for faster loading. The app is not offline-first and needs internet for full sync.

By using Muslimah Pro, you confirm that:

• • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent to use this app
• • You have the legal capacity to enter into these terms
• • You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy
• • You will use the app in accordance with applicable laws and Islamic principles

As a user of Muslimah Pro, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Enter health data truthfully and to the best of your knowledge.
• Use for Personal Purposes: Use the app only for your personal health tracking and not for medical diagnosis or treatment of others.
• Maintain Account Security: Keep your login credentials secure and log out after use on shared devices.
• Account Recovery: Anonymous accounts can be lost if you uninstall the app or clear device storage. Link Apple or Google if you want cross-device recovery.
• Respect Islamic Guidelines: Use the app's guidance in accordance with authentic Islamic teachings and consult qualified scholars for personal religious questions.

Our Islamic guidance features:

• • Are based on established fiqh principles from the four main Sunni madhabs
• • Provide general guidance for worship obligations during different reproductive states
• • Include references to Quranic verses and hadith where applicable
• • Are reviewed by qualified Islamic scholars

Muslimah Pro and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Muslimah Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• • You retain ownership of your personal data you input into the app
• • We retain ownership of the app, algorithms, and proprietary technology

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muslimah Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) or your subscription fees for the preceding 12 months.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• • Using the delete account feature in the app settings
• • Contacting our support team at support@muslimahpro.app
• • Uninstalling the app (this removes local data only; synced data remains until deleted)

Upon termination:

• • We remove your profile and synced data from our Supabase project when deletion is requested
• • Active subscriptions remain managed by your app store until canceled there
• • You will lose access to premium features
• • We cannot recover deleted data once the process is complete

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we make changes, we will:

• • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document
• • Notify users of significant changes through the app or email
• • Provide reasonable time for users to review changes
• • Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms
