Muslimah Pro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Muslimah Pro, including the mobile app, website, backend services, support tools, subscriptions, notifications, and Nura/personal assistant features.

By downloading, installing, creating an account, subscribing, or using Muslimah Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

During onboarding, you may be asked to confirm that Muslimah Pro may process your personal health and related app data to provide app features, and to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy before continuing.

• Cycle predictions, fertility-related indicators, pregnancy information, symptom patterns, and app insights are estimates based on the information you provide and may be incomplete or wrong.
• Do not rely on the app to diagnose a condition, avoid pregnancy, achieve pregnancy, manage a medical emergency, or decide whether you need clinical care.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, pregnancy concerns, fertility decisions, severe symptoms, abnormal bleeding, pain, medication questions, or any emergency.

Muslimah Pro provides general Islamic worship guidance based on user inputs, selected preferences, and implemented fiqh rules. Religious rulings can vary by madhab, scholar, school, community, and personal circumstance.

• The app is not a replacement for a qualified scholar, mufti, teacher, or local religious authority.
• You are responsible for selecting the settings that match the guidance you follow.
• For personal, unusual, or high-stakes religious questions, consult a qualified scholar who understands your situation.

• Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions, gifts, promos, or manual grants.
• Prices, trial terms, renewal periods, and cancellation rules are shown before purchase in the relevant app store flow.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the app store before renewal under that store's rules.
• Billing, refunds, chargebacks, family sharing, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google unless we state otherwise.
• Deleting your Muslimah Pro account does not automatically cancel an active app-store subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.

You keep ownership of the personal information and content you enter into Muslimah Pro. You give us permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service, as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You can request account deletion through the app or at /delete-account. Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, app-store, backup, or dispute purposes.

Muslimah Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, personal injury, medical outcomes, religious decisions, missed obligations, or losses caused by reliance on app predictions, guidance, notifications, assistant responses, or third-party services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Muslimah Pro for the service in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a different rule.

You are responsible for using Muslimah Pro in compliance with laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country, state, or region.

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes relating to Muslimah Pro are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where the operator of Muslimah Pro is established.
