Delete Your Muslimah Pro Account

Delete From the App

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the Muslimah Pro app while signed in.

  • Open Muslimah Pro.
  • Go to Profile.
  • Open the Account section.
  • Choose Delete Account and confirm the deletion prompt.

This sends an authenticated deletion request to our backend and signs you out after completion.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Apple or Google account, or include enough information for us to verify the account.

We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting synced data, especially for anonymous accounts or accounts linked to app-store purchases.

Data Deleted

  • Account profile, onboarding responses, Islamic preferences, cycle observations, daily logs, pregnancy and postpartum records, pregnancy-loss records, prayer and fasting logs, ghusl logs, medication records, ovulation tests, missed fasts, support queries, push tokens, subscriptions linked to your app account, purchase-attempt records, review-prompt history, Nura notes/sessions, personal-assistant messages, and first-party analytics rows tied to your user ID.
  • Local data on your device is removed when you sign out, clear app data, or uninstall the app. If you use widgets or OS-level caches, your device may keep temporary copies until the operating system clears them.

Data We May Retain

  • Limited records required for legal, accounting, tax, app-store, fraud-prevention, chargeback, security, abuse-prevention, or dispute purposes.
  • Records already stored in backups until those backups expire or are overwritten.
  • App-store subscription records that Apple or Google controls. Deleting your Muslimah Pro account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Email requests are reviewed after we receive enough information to verify the account. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Before You Delete

  • Deleted synced data may not be recoverable.
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • If you only uninstall the app, synced backend data may remain until you delete the account or request deletion.
